Live Arrival Guarantee

At The Habitarium, we take pride in ensuring the safe and healthy arrival of our live animals to our valued customers. We stand by the quality of our products and offer a Live Arrival Guarantee as part of our commitment to your satisfaction.​

When you purchase live animals from The Habitarium, we guarantee that they will arrive alive and in healthy conditions. In the rare event that your live animals do not survive during transit, we offer two options for resolution: a refund or a replacement.​

To qualify for the Live Arrival Guarantee, we have implemented following guidelines:

  1. Please promptly inspect the received package and notify us within 1 hour of arrival time posted by the carrier service should any issues or concerns arise.

  2. Provide clear photographic evidence of the condition of the live animals within the specified time frame.​

  3. Orders held for pickup at the local post office or carrier provider are subject to an extended 24-hour LAG time frame.

Upon meeting the above requirements, we will either issue a refund for the affected live animals or arrange for a replacement shipment, subject to availability.​

Please note that certain conditions and exceptions may apply, including extreme weather conditions or any shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control. ​
